Facebook has notified us they’ve blocked Facebook logins for Dérive app. We’re trying to restore this, but the prospects are not good. Watch this space!
Meanwhile, we’ve added a bunch of small adjustments and fixes to Dérive app over the last few months. Here are a few notable highlights:
- Hosted dérives can now be set to finish with a specific task card. This is roughly a transposition of that time Chantelle used Dérive app to ask her partner to marry her.
- Chats in a hosted dérive are now announced with a little blip. The sound is by user SpiceProgram on FreeSound.
- Groups can now be associated with a location. If set, nearby users who are not members are made aware of the group and can request to join.
